You’ll oversee and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality care delivery while building a positive, engaged, and capable workforce. From recruitment and onboarding to performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement—you’ll be at the heart of it all.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
- Driving high standards of person-centred care and service delivery
- Partnering with People & Culture to recruit and onboard great talent
- Supporting workforce planning and rostering in collaboration with internal teams
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Supporting CHSP client onboarding, reviews, and referrals
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders
- Fostering a positive, values-driven team culture
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in Aged Care or Community Services (2–3+ years)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, or support a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence managing competing priorities and complex situations
- A genuine passion for improving client outcomes and team performance
