MYBALLET based in the Borough of Tower of Hamlets, is a dynamic organisation dedicated to making dance, particularly ballet, accessible to everyone. Comprised of MyBallet Academy and MyBallet Community, it fosters community engagement through high-quality dance education and performance opportunities for individuals of all ages and abilities. MYBALLET is committed to promoting health, well-being, confidence, and skills development.

MyBallet Academy is seeking a warm, reliable and enthusiastic ballet teacher to join its growing school from September 2026. We teach children from toddlers to vocational levels and value excellent technique, joyful teaching, musicality and child-centred learning.

  • RAD registration preferred.
  • Experience with young children highly desirable.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, and excited to learn our specialist pre-school ballet methodology.
  • Strong classroom presence, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and structured dance lessons.
  • Kind and professional, competent Ballet educator with a passion for sharing.
  • Excellent with children, experience working with diverse age groups and skill levels in a dance setting.
  • Organised and punctual, with excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and grow.
  • Available Saturday mornings.
