Knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice and awareness of relevant legislation.
Have knowledge of Data Protection procedures and how to handle personal and sensitive information.
Ability to relate well to children and adults.
Ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding school roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to staff, pupils, parents, carers and external agencies.
Ability to produce meeting minutes and documents of a high quality.
