Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon (Mobile Clinic)

Location : Manchester Area (based in Old Trafford)
Salary : £45,000 – £70,000 FTE (depending on experience)
Hours : 4-day week (10-hour shifts: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm) OR part time 1-3 days per week.

We are an expanding mobile veterinary service, offering consultations, surgeries, and diagnostics directly to our clients in the comfort of their homes. Based in Old Trafford , we pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of care and building lasting relationships with our patients and their owners. Our service is off to a fantastic start, and we’re excited to welcome a dedicated Small Animal Vet to join our team and help us continue to grow.
The Role :
This is a unique opportunity to work in a mobile setting, providing both routine and surgical care on the doorstep of our clients. We have a mobile surgical and imaging unit , along with in-house blood machines, enabling us to deliver the highest standard of care in a mobile environment.
You’ll be working sole charge , so we’re seeking a confident and experienced vet who is comfortable with all aspects of first-opinion veterinary work, from consultations to surgeries. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as building rapport with clients is key to what we do.
We can offer:
- A competitive salary between £45,000 – £70,000 FTE (based on experience).
- Flexible working options: 1-4 days per week with 10-hour shifts .
- A focus on work-life balance, giving you time to truly connect with patients and provide top-quality care.

- RCVS and VDS fees covered , plus CPD budget (Budget and interests can be discussed further during the interview).
