We’re looking for a Group Demand Planner to join a busy supply chain team in Marden. This is a newly created role so you’ll have the chance to shape responsibilities as the position develops and be part of a function critical to the company's growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing product availability across group subsidiaries, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Improving communication between subsidiaries and the central supply chain team.
  • Monitoring forecasts, stock profiles and ordering policies to meet sales targets.
  • Analysing demand trends and providing insight for decision-making.
  • Working with colleagues in logistics, procurement and sales to optimise supply chain processes.
  • Producing regular reports, forecasts and KPI updates for managers and directors.
  • Supporting subsidiaries with vendor relationships and stock management.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years experience in demand planning or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Confidence communicating at all levels, from managers to international colleagues.
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
  • A positive, problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude.
