Job Title: Finance Assistant
Location: Mason Court, Hillborough Road, Olton, Solihull
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity.

About the role:
As a Finance Assistant your role purpose will be to support the Director of Finance & IT in maintaining the financial ledgers of the Trust. Within your role, you will be required to facilitate the smooth operation of systems and procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
To maintain the SJMT Purchase Ledgers on a daily basis by:- Matching orders and delivery notes to invoices
Liaising with budget holders to ensure all necessary documentation is authorised
Coding and posting invoices
Pay suppliers by BACS in accordance with their terms of
