About the role:
The Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership and effective delivery of MY Trust's operational services.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director will work closely with the Chief Executive and Director of Finance & Corporate Resources to deliver the Trust's strategy and develop its services. They will provide the Chief Executive and Board with clear assurance about operational performance, compliance and significant risks.
The Director will lead through an operational management team, making sure managers have clear responsibilities and the support they need to deliver their services well. As a senior leader in a relatively small organisation, they will also be expected to understand services in sufficient depth to recognise problems early and become directly involved when their experience or authority is needed.
The role has particular responsibility for operational performance, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, information governance and people leadership. xgikmsk The Director will lead the Trust's operational relationships with commissioners and play a substantial role in developing new opportunities.
