Barcan+Kirby is recruiting a full-time Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEx to join its Residential Conveyancing team in Thornbury.
You will be dealing with a range of residential property transactions, including: sales and purchases, transfers and remortgages.
Our ideal candidate will have a Law degree or CPQ and previous experience in the local property market.
About us:
- Our Conveyancing team focuses on high-quality service over quantity of transactions and does not have a ‘high volume’ business model.
- We have established connections with local estate agents, and we are therefore looking for someone who is engaged and confident with networking and other marketing/business development activities.
- The wider Residential Conveyancing team is among the biggest in Bristol, spanning four of our five offices.
- Our department is highly regarded, and we frequently receive excellent reviews on Google and Review Solicitors.
Location:
Our Thornbury office address is 36 High Street, Thornbury BS35 2AJ. We may be able to offer this role at our Gloucester Road or Bedminster offices if preferred.
