We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of our client, a diversified multinational family-owned business with an annual turnover in excess of £4.5 billion.

Location: Northampton, NN5

Salary: £30,000 PA starting salary

Contract: Permanent, Full time - 44 hours per week

Working Hours: We have 2 positions available which would be for the following shifts:

  • Monday - Friday, 07:00-15:45
  • Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 - 19:45 (Sunday hours are 09:00 - 19:00)

In this role, you will support and assist the Warehouse Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment that delivers excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times.
  • Maintain 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering less than 10% ISOS.
  • Ensure KPIs are in place and monitored for gap counts.
  • Contribute towards achieving customer satisfaction targets and scores.
  • Drive high standards of customer service and deliver a positive shopping experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand.
