We're hiring for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader.

This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on leader who enjoys developing a team, keeping operations running smoothly and delivering excellent service. You'll oversee the PM shift, supporting colleagues working alongside robotic technology to process customer orders safely, accurately and on time.
The role

As Warehouse Team Leader, you will:
Lead the day-to-day warehouse operation during the PM shift, allocating tasks and adjusting priorities to meet workloads.
Deliver clear shift briefings so colleagues understand their responsibilities and targets.
Monitor productivity, order accuracy and dispatch deadlines, addressing issues promptly.
Support picking, packing, goods-in, replenishment and dispatch activities as required.
Train, coach and motivate colleagues, promoting high standards and teamwork.
Ensure health and safety procedures and safe working practices are followed.
Monitor workflows around robotic systems, escalating technical faults to the appropriate team.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest practical improvements to warehouse processes.
Maintain accurate shift records and provide clear handovers.
