We are hiring a Trainee Customer Services Representative for our client.

Location: Northampton NN5 (excellent public transport links)

Salary: Starting salary of £24,784.50 PA

Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email

  • Provide customers with updates on orders, stock availability, and pricing
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and discrepancies professionally
