We\’re a thriving recruitment business with a fantastic reputation – and because of this we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Northampton office.
This is primarily a sales development & scheduling role. You would be expected to be a great communicator; verbal, written and on social platforms.. pretty much building a brand for your self – It would also help if you\’ve got a big personality and naturally inquisitive!
Office Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Monday- Friday) + oncall as per the staff rota
Basic starting salary: £25,000 + bonus from day 1 + oncall payments
OTE Year 1 – £28,000 + ( this is uncapped, so however that figure looks is really down to you and you\’re personal new business wins).
You would also be expected to join our on-call rota (full information would be given at telephone interview stage) – this is of course paid on top of your basic salary.

- We would consider a fresh graduate or an experienced candidate with previous experience in a similar role or customer service, sales or account management experience
- A motivated, hard-working and competitive character
- You must have your own car as travel is required to visit clients
- You must be professional, outgoing and not afraid to learn
