What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs of children and their families.
• Engage in Child In Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Pre-Proceedings (PLO) and court work to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver effective care plans that prioritise the needs of children and their families.
• Provide continuous support through regular visits and effective case management.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records in compliance with legal procedures and policies.
