Join the dynamic Duty and Assessment Team as an Advanced Practitioner in Social Work and earn £37.31 per hour on a full-time basis for a 3-month locum position in picturesque Northamptonshire. What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough duty and assessment work within the team, ensuring swift responses to cases.
  • Manage complex cases and provide expert advice and support to less experienced team members.
  • Collaborate effectively with other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and families.
  • Evaluate risk and prioritise workload efficiently to ensure high standards of practice.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of effective service plans and interventions.
  • Remain available during visit times and undertake on-site duty during your allocated week.

Must have significant experience as an Advanced Practitioner or Senior Practitioner in a Duty and Assessment Team. The team operates on a 6-week duty cycle, requiring you to be in the office for a full week during your duty and remain available during visit times. Aside from the on-site duty activity during your designated week, you can enjoy hybrid working for the remaining four weeks.
