What You Will Do
- Work closely with the Team Manager to manage a dedicated community team.
- Provide professional support to the team, ensuring efficient coordination and deployment of resources.
- Oversee a caseload of complex cases, ensuring care is provided according to statutory responsibilities and team objectives.
- Develop effective systems to screen referrals against eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with partners to address referrals creatively using available resources.

- Ensure consistent review and evaluation of Support Plans and adapt as necessary to meet changing needs.

Requirements of the Team Manager
- To shine in this role, you should possess a Degree or its equivalent in social work, hold a current Social Work England registration, and have recent managerial experience, ideally as a Team Manager, DTM or ATM.
