What you will do:
- Assist in the management and delivery of high-quality Community Life Choices, Short Breaks, Residential Care, and Supported Living services.
- Implement and oversee local procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Maintain high standards of service assets and resources, ensuring they meet all compliance needs.
- Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a team to ensure exceptional care and service delivery.
- Develop schedules and rotas to meet service requirements efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure person-centred care and support through comprehensive support plans and direct engagement with service users.
- Foster strong relationships with service users, carers, health and social care colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote exceptional service standards.
- Manage budgetary and financial aspects of service operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Champion safeguarding procedures and maintain high standards of safety and quality in service delivery.
