With a competitive rate of £37.21 per hour, this full-time role offers an ongoing contract where you will support the team manager in the operational management of the duty team, responding to safeguarding children and those in need. What You Will Do:

• Support the team manager in the operational management of the duty team, ensuring efficient responses to referrals from the MASH.
• Manage child protection enquiries and facilitate meetings for care plans, strategy meetings, and court knowledge sharing.
• Oversee complex casework while mentoring and supporting staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Chair and facilitate various meetings to protect the welfare of children and families.
• Collaborate with partners to drive practice improvement within the service, fostering an environment focused on outcomes and family-centred support.
