Support Worker / Personal Assistant – Specialist Spinal Injury Support
£14.52 per hour (Days) | £12.71 per hour (Sleeping Nights)
Permanent | Full‑Time | 140 hours per month | 14 hour shifts
Join a small, supportive team providing 2:1 care for a 41‑year‑old man living independently with a C4/C5 spinal cord injury. This is a role with purpose, variety, and real impact—no two days are the same.
You’ll support him at home and in the community, including:
- Attending charity events in London
- Supporting his work with a national spinal injury charity
- Helping him maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle
What You’ll Do
- Personal care & daily living support
- Mobility, travel, and community activities
- Working as part of a consistent 2:1 team
- Supporting work commitments and social routines
What Matters Most
You don’t need previous care experience—we provide full, hands‑on training.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Kind, calm, and emotionally intelligent

- Able to work 14‑hour shifts
- A confident driver with their own car (rural location)

Pay

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own transport
- Good level of English
- Willingness to provide some annual leave cover
