Shooting Stars Nursery – Worcester (WR1 3JR) is looking to support its team with a reliable and caring Relief / Bank Early Years Practitioner. This role offers true flexibility, working across different rooms and age groups to support the day-to-day running of the nursery. It’s well suited to practitioners who enjoy variety, want control over their working hours, and still wish to be part of a high-quality, child-focused environment.

- Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have practical experience supporting children’s learning and development

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing support across the nursery, stepping into different rooms as needed
- Delivering engaging activities in line with children’s interests and development
- Building positive and secure relationships with children and the wider team
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Assisting with observations and learning records where required
- Following safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS guidance at all times
