Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday | Between 7:30am and 6:00pm | Open all year round

The Role
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play an important role in providing exceptional care and learning opportunities for children, helping them build confidence, independence and a love of learning.
You'll be responsible for:
- Acting as a key person and building positive relationships with children and families
- Supporting children's individual care routines and emotional wellbeing
- Delivering engaging play and learning experiences that reflect children's interests
- Observing, assessing and recording children's development in line with the EYFS
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive
- Encouraging children's communication, social development and curiosity
- Working in partnership with parents to support children's learning journeys
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
Essential
- Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have experience working within a nursery, preschool or childcare environment
- Possess a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Are committed to delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
