About the Role

As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through fun, engaging and child-led experiences. You will help create a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to flourish.

What We Are Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) – Level 2 may also be considered
  • Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and inclusive practice, including SEND support
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • A positive, reliable and caring team player with a genuine passion for early years education

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as a Key Person and building strong relationships with children and families
  • Planning and supporting engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play and exploration
  • Working in partnership with parents and carers
  • Contributing to observations, planning and high-quality practice across the nursery
