Shooting Stars Nurseries in Bromsgrove is seeking a confident and passionate Pre‑Toddler Room Leader to lead a well-established room and deliver outstanding care and learning during one of the most important stages of development. Your Role as Room Leader
- Lead the day-to-day running of the Pre‑Toddler room, ensuring high standards at all times
- Inspire, support and develop a team of practitioners, apprentices and students
- Act as a Key Person, building strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Plan and oversee engaging EYFS-led activities tailored to under 2s development
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing, communication and early development milestones
- Maintain excellent standards in safeguarding, health & safety and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement, reflective practice and Ofsted readiness
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Strong experience within a nursery or early years setting
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
- Experience supporting inclusive practice and SEND
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- A calm, organised and professional approach with a genuine passion for early years
