Join Our Supportive Bromsgrove Team This Summer
As we head into the summer term, we’re welcoming a caring Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, well‑established Shooting Stars Bromsgrove team this summer. Suitable for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3s, the role offers strong leadership, a supportive team culture and opportunities to grow your practice at your own pace. A lunch cover option is also available for those seeking shorter, consistent hours. If you’re passionate about child‑led learning and high‑quality early years care, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
- Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
- Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
- Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
- Support consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted standards
