About the Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a Key Person for a group of children
- Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Planning and providing engaging learning experiences
- Supporting children's individual development and next steps
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Promoting safeguarding and children's welfare at all times
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards across the nursery
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare requirements
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
