£15.30 per hour (£31,824 per annum) Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, all-year-round nursery, closed on Bank Holidays.

Are you an experienced Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner or Level 3 Early Years Educator looking for your next opportunity? At Shooting Stars Nurseries Bromsgrove, we're looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Room Leader to join our leadership team and take responsibility for our well-established Pre-Toddler Room. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Pre-Toddler Room.
- Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children thrive.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of practitioners, apprentices and students.
- Act as a Key Person and build strong, positive relationships with families.
- Plan and oversee engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
- Promote inclusive practice and support children with additional needs.
- Maintain outstanding safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards.
- Drive quality improvement and support nursery inspection readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, Third in Charge or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
