Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Shooting Stars Nursery – Kings Norton, Birmingham (B30 3QJ)

£14.10 per hour | Full‑time (40 hours) | Part‑time considered

Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Bank holidays off

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

  • Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
  • Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
