This role offers true flexibility, working across different rooms and age groups to support the day-to-day running of the nursery. About You
- Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have practical experience supporting children’s learning and development
- Are confident adapting to different rooms, age ranges, and team dynamics
- Have a good understanding of EYFS requirements
- Are knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Communicate warmly and professionally with children, families and colleagues
- Are committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality childcare
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing support across the nursery, stepping into different rooms as needed
- Delivering engaging activities in line with children’s interests and development
- Building positive and secure relationships with children and the wider team
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Assisting with observations and learning records where required
- Following safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS guidance at all times
