About the Role

As an Early Years Nursery Practitioner, you play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing through fun, engaging and child‑led experiences. You will help create a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to flourish.

What We Are Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant) – Level 2 may also be considered
  • Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework and inclusive practice, including SEND support
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • A positive, reliable and caring team player with a genuine passion for early years education

Your Responsibilities

  • Acting as a Key Person and building strong relationships with children and families
  • Planning and supporting engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
  • Supporting children’s learning and development through play and exploration
  • Working in partnership with parents and carers
  • Contributing to observations, planning and high‑quality practice across the nursery
