About the Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Key Person for a group of children
  • Deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
  • Plan and provide engaging learning experiences
  • Support children's individual development and next steps
  • Build positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
  • Promote safeguarding and children's welfare at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards across the nursery

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Good understanding of the EYFS
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child welfare requirements
  • A positive, enthusiastic and professional approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • Experience supporting children with additional needs
