What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of your nursery room
- Inspiring and supporting a team of practitioners, apprentices and students
- Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Promoting safeguarding, inclusion and best practice throughout the nursery
- Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can flourish
- Supporting continuous improvement and quality across the nursery
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team to deliver exceptional childcare and early education
What We're Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous leadership experience within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, supportive and proactive leadership style
