We are looking for a Graduate Resourcer to join our growing team, working across the booming digital infrastructure and data centre market. Operating in a sector driven by the unstoppable growth of cloud technology, AI, and data consumption, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a market with exceptional demand and genuine progression opportunities.
You'll work closely with the wider team, supporting live vacancies, engaging with industry-leading talent and developing into a recognised specialist within the data centre sector. This is initially a 180 Resourcer position, focused on candidate sourcing, market mapping, talent engagement and supporting the delivery of existing client requirements.
During your first six months, you will gain exposure to multiple specialisms within the data centre market, allowing you to discover where your strengths and interests lie.
- Continue developing within the data centre delivery function
- Progress into a full 360 recruitment role, including business development responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across the data centre sector

Monday - Thursday: 9:30am - 8:00/9:00pm
