The Opportunity
Seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers in a 180-style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high-demand verticals. You will work closely under the guidance of a high-performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for live roles
- Work on active job briefs with speed and accuracy
- Support consultants and BD staff in fulfilling client needs
- Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture
Progression Path
- First 6 months: Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role)
- Post-6 months: Choose your path: Continue within the Data Centres vertical or progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role
- Long-term growth may include leadership and equity
Working Culture & Hours
- Mon–Thurs: Hard-working, performance-driven culture
- Friday: Typically a half-day, off by 1 PM—or even the day off if targets are hit
- Three-day weekend model: Earn your time off by putting in the graft early in the week
