The Opportunity:
We\’re hiring ambitious, commercially minded individuals to join one of Wakefield’s most exciting recruitment firms. Founder-led and rapidly growing, this is a company where t*op performers get noticed, rewarded, and fast-tracked.
From day one, you’ll be working directly with the Managing Director , gaining hands-on exposure to live roles, clients, and candidates. This is not your typical 9-5, this is a hard work -> high reward environment where you always strive to be at the top.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and engaging executive candidates for live roles
- Managing briefs with speed & accuracy
- Supporting senior consultants with account growth
- Playing a key role in building a collaborative, performance-driven culture
