From day one, you’ll be working directly with the Managing Director, gaining hands‑on exposure to live roles, clients, and candidates. This is not your typical 9‑5; this is a hard‑work, high‑reward environment where you always strive to be at the top.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging executive candidates for live roles
- Managing briefs with speed & accuracy
- Supporting senior consultants with account growth
