Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients\’ projects. Building and maintaining relationships.
Writing job adverts, building your personal brand, and creating social media content to attract top talent.
Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews, and delivering offers.
University Graduate – Graduated 2023 onwards
A high-level sporting background is must i.e Captain of Rugby Team, played semi professional football, competed professionally etc
Experience in sales, real estate, business development, car sales, or telesales is desirable.
A good understanding of the recruitment industry – this will be explored in the interview
