As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting ambitious individuals to join our London-based team as Executive Search Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for graduates, entry-level candidates, individuals with sales or client-facing experience, or recruiters seeking a new challenge within executive search.

The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work on high-impact recruitment and advisory projects, gaining early exposure to senior stakeholders and complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and long-term talent strategies
  • Researching, identifying, and engaging senior-level professionals across specialist markets
  • Conducting in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
