Salary: £27,000–£28,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE: £60,000)

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored solutions
- Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, and headhunting
- Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for client interviews
- Managing salary negotiations and guiding both clients and candidates through the offer process
- Following up on leads, generating new business, and developing new opportunities
- Creating and promoting job adverts
- Building your personal brand on LinkedIn
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
