THE ROLE

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
  • Researching companies, markets, and industry trends to identify hiring opportunities
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
  • Approaching candidates professionally via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Screening, assessing, and preparing candidates for client presentation
  • Managing both candidate and client relationships throughout the process
  • Coordinating interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management
  • Aligning expectations to ensure a smooth hiring process
  • Developing business development skills to win and retain clients
  • Building your own specialist market and creating a 'business within a business'
