As a Property Recruitment Consultant, you’ll partner with leading Real Estate, Property Management and Surveying firms across the UK to secure the industry’s most in-demand professionals. This includes senior and strategic hires such as Directors, Heads of Property, Chartered Surveyors, Development Managers, Asset Managers and Senior Property Managers.
These professionals are rarely actively job-seeking. Your role is to identify, approach and influence them, guiding confidential career moves that shape both their future and the success of your clients’ businesses. This is a consultative, high-value service - clients invest heavily in your market knowledge, networks and ability to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Proactive LinkedIn sourcing and networking within the UK property market
