The Role
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work on high‑impact recruitment and advisory projects, gaining early exposure to senior stakeholders and complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and long‑term talent strategies
- Researching, identifying, and engaging senior‑level professionals across specialist markets
- Conducting in‑depth interviews and candidate assessments
