As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish:

  • Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
  • Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Building your own market and creating a ‘business within a business’
