Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission OTE Year 1: £60,000+

This isn’t a regular recruitment role; it’s strategic hiring at senior levels. You will have the freedom to develop your market and build trusted client relationships with high-growth companies in the US. We’re not asking for any previous recruitment or sales experience for this role, just a strong drive to learn and develop. Comprehensive ongoing training will be provided as part of our dedication to your long-term growth within our company.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from end-to-end, this will include:

  • Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
  • Researching companies, markets, and identifying potential gaps you could fill
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, and job boards
  • Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Screening and preparing candidates to present to key clients
  • Managing the process on both candidate and client side, to ensure all expectations are aligned
  • Managing negotiations and handling the offer process to make the process as smooth as possible for all parties
  • Mastering business development, where you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients, and creating your own ‘business within a business’
