What You’ll Do:

  • Build and develop long-term client relationships through networking, business development, and marketing
  • Headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates, understanding their ambitions, skills, and experience
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement and aftercare
  • Source, interview, and shortlist C-suite and executive-level talent
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain market-leading databases within your specialist sectors
  • Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth
