What You’ll Do:
- Build and develop long-term client relationships through networking, business development, and marketing
- Headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates, understanding their ambitions, skills, and experience
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief to placement and aftercare
- Source, interview, and shortlist C-suite and executive-level talent
- Negotiate offers and guide clients and candidates through the recruitment process
- Build and maintain market-leading databases within your specialist sectors
- Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth
Training & Development:

Through the My Recruitment Career Academy, you’ll receive a structured blend of on-the-job and classroom-based training, bespoke e-learning, and one-to-one coaching. Our goal is to support your progression from graduate consultant through to eventually running your own business unit.
