The Role

We’re hiring a driven Business Development Manager to join us at an exciting growth stage. This role offers fast-track progression, with the opportunity to build and lead your own BDR team within 12 months. We’re not a typical call centre - we offer a supportive, flexible environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B cold calls via auto-dialler
  • Generate qualified leads and book client meetings
  • Update and manage CRM records accurately
  • Hit daily and weekly targets consistently
