The Role:
You will join us as a graduate recruitment consultant. A recruitment consultant manages the entire recruitment process, from securing clients to placing candidates.
You will build relationships with client companies, understand their hiring needs, and source suitable candidates through networking, job boards, and headhunting.
You will handle candidate screening, interviews, and presentations to clients, facilitating negotiations on salary and employment terms. Additionally, you will manage the offer process, provide post-placement support, and continuously develop new business opportunities.
Combining sales, relationship management, and recruitment expertise, a 360 consultant ensures both client and candidate satisfaction while driving business growth.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Generating new sales and leads.
- Following up all potential sales leads.
- Liaising with new and existing clients.
- Interviewing and registering new candidates.
- Cold calling/headhunt calling
- Sourcing candidates for current and future vacancies.
- Developing your personal brand on LinkedIn.
- Posting job adverts on indeed/LinkedIn
- Building strong candidate relationships.
- Updating our CRM system on a regular basis.
- Compliance and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
- Degree educated before starting (2.1 or above preferred)
- Presentable (happy wearing corporate office attire)
- Sporting background/achievements (preferred)
- Confident communicator
- Financially motivated
