THE ROLE: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
- Researching companies, markets, and industry trends to identify hiring opportunities
- Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Screening, assessing, and preparing candidates for presentation to clients
- Managing both candidate and client relationships throughout the process
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management
- Ensuring expectations are aligned on both sides to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Developing business development skills to attract and retain new clients
- Building your own market and creating a ‘business within a business’
