About the job:
As a Graduate Consultant in Executive Search, you’ll be at the heart of linking top-tier professionals with fast-growing companies. Forget the usual 9–5 grind – you’ll dive into market research, forge strong connections with clients and candidates, and quickly become a trusted partner to industry leaders.
No experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the training and support you need. All we ask is that you bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diving into market research and mapping out top candidates in fast-growing sectors
- Connecting with senior professionals via calls, meetings, and interviews
- Delivering tailored talent solutions that meet clients’ unique needs
- Building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Mastering the skills of headhunting and closing deals
- Working closely with your team to hit targets and celebrate success

- Starting salary between £25,400 and £29,000, with fast-track progression for high achievers
- Uncapped commission: earn up to 60% of fees, with realistic first-year earnings of £50k+ and top performers reaching six figures (we’ve got the proof!)
