Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing individuals all the way to offer stage
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates in the USA
- Source top talent using a range of cutting edge recruitment software
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends and hiring strategies
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs each month
Requirements:
- No previous recruitment experience needed, a strong drive to succeed is the only essential!
- Personable and confidence in speaking with senior level individuals over the phone
- Organisation skills are crucial to succeeding in this role
- A proactive and goal-driven mindset
- Any bachelor's degree is preferable
