Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + Commission (£50k OTE)

Start Date: September 2025

Our client is a high-growth, well established executive search firm based in the heart of Leeds, just a 4 minute walk from the train station. With a focus on delivering top quality recruitment solutions in the USA, and a dynamic approach to scaling the business, they are now looking to hire entry-level graduates in September.

The Role

Executive search is a specialised form of recruitment, focusing on placing only senior level individuals in the US market. We\’re talking: Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, Project Executives within the Construction, Life Sciences, Technology or Renewables Market.

As an Executive Search Consultant you will be:

  • Sourcing high calibre candidates using cutting-edge recruitment software.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic goals and hiring needs.
  • Managing the process from interview to offer stage.
  • Negotiating contracts and offers with global companies.
  • Hitting sales targets and earning BIG commission.
