We are looking for ambitious, driven graduates to join our growing team on our Graduate Programme in Executive Search & Consultancy.
About the Role
As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll enter the exciting world of executive search – a fast-paced sales and business development career in the global corporate market. You’ll be trained to:
- Build lasting relationships with clients, from start-ups to multinational corporations
- Source, headhunt, and interview senior professionals (from mid-level to C-suite)
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from pitch to placement, including offer negotiation
- Develop your own client portfolio, effectively running your own desk as a business
- Work towards ambitious targets with the support of a collaborative team
